They went above and beyond during our stay. They truly made us feel wanted, welcomed and like royalty. I will never stay anywhere else. Extended Stay America has a customer for life. All the staff are always smiling, courteous and go above and beyond to meet your needs. They truly care about your needs being met, and will do anything to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Bravo! A perfect 10 out of 10!

The mirrors were streaked, crumbs under the microwave. Im sure its not easy cleaning so many rooms, and I was able to understand and relate and look past it. Just hope the housekeeping understands that the manager and desk staff try so hard to keep the business a pleasent expierience. And cleanliness is key. But overall the room was neat, vacummed, well put together. Smelled amazing and new. Beds were clean and well made. I am completely satisfied. Above and beyond expectations!

  • 9.2

Loved the room! Really above our expectations!

It would be nice to have a gym, pool, computer room, and provide more tourist information.

  • 5.4

Rooms have been renovated recently and were decent.

Staff was some of the worst I've dealt with at a any hotel. Check-in took nearly 45 minutes and they didn't have the rooms we reserved. Staff was unapologetic and very poorly trained.

  • 10.0

    Great place, clean and quiet.

  • 9.2

Convenience, staff was incredibly helpful (the reservation was under my name and credit card, but my sister was checking in first)

The room was very warm and the AC wasn't excellent, but that's about it for the negatives

    It's location

No room service stayed 5 nights and every time I came back to room after being gone all day and returning around 5 in the evening the room was never cleaned asked front desk 3 separate times and no came to even bring fresh towels non smoking room that smelled like an old ash tray free breakfast was granola bar and black coffee check in time was at 3 pm didn't get a room till 430 cause no rooms had been cleaned yet flush the toilet and it seemed like it was about to fall apart no need to continue I think by now you get the point all this for more than 100 dollars a night

    Location

"Extended stay" implies that your hotel is designed to accommodate long-term guests. This is not the case. The room was small, and had no sitting area or a sofa that was advertized on the hotel website. The room was equipped essentially in ... NOTHING. On the day of arrival we couldn’t cook dinner because the receptionist said that pots and pans were unavailable because they were "oversold." On the next day we wanted to cook lunch in our room but this time the pots and pans were still unavailable as they needed to be washed; we waited for an hour until they were brought in. Finally on day three we were able to collect all the mugs we needed. The hair dryer was not in the room and had to be picked up at the reception. The receptionist is hardly ever there; if you need change for the laundry or anything else, the housekeeping staff will hopefully search for the receptionist all over the building so 10 minutes later you may get help . The room is never cleaned while you are there, towels do not get changed, toilet paper is not supplied. The fluorescent lights in the room are ugly and tiresome. The flush handle on the toilet is broken and so loud that if you use it at night, the noise wakes everyone up. The floors in the hotel are so thin that when a guest above walks across their room, your whole room shakes. Breakfast is a joke for a place that is called "Extended stay" and claims to be “a home away from home”: mainly a few granola bars or apples. Even coffee is unavailable after 10:30. The hotel motto should be changed to “stay away from Extended Stay.”

    friendly staff, clean facilities

slow free wifi, paid upgrades expensive. processed foods for breakfast no fresh fruits, no real milk for coffee, just sweetened creamer sludge.

Upon my arrival with my 17 year old son, they told me there was an error on their part with my booking of two beds in my room. They were going to put my son in his own room and it wasn't going to be near me either. I said that was totally unacceptable. She told me I could go and try to book a room at a nearby hotel. Clearly,I knew most everything was booked. During the night when someone knocked on door somewhere in the hall, for a total of three different times, I got nervous. I was afraid my son would think it was me knocking and open the door. That was between 1:30 and 3 am. I looked at their site overnight and noticed a king size bed in a single room. I certainly should have been offered that. I barely slept !!!

  • 7.4

Convenient location and the price was reasonable.

Prepare to be bombarded with the smell of smoke in the hall which ends up in the room. The room smells like a smoker stayed there in the past. Common theme among reviews -- smoke smell. Hotels need to get serious about smoking fines!!

We arrived there. We were not aware that there was interior construction going on on the third floor. At the time of check in there were not fumes. We were assigned to the secoind floor. That night, I woke up gasping for air, had a difficulty breathing and a headache. My fiancee' was also sick from this. We advised the assistant GM about the dangers of these toxins especially given the fact that one of us has asthma and reactive airway. They wanted us to take a room on the first floor after it was decided that the location would most likely have damp air quality as it was at the snow line level. That would not be good for asthma as well. Finally, after I had stated that I wanted a full refund of money as given the hotel, due to unhealthy conditions, it was decided by the GM that they would issue a refund. There was no need of prolonging this process and offering other rooms to us. They knew that I was suffering from the toxic fumes from the paint, carpet glue, etc. They should not have given us the refund, but rather should of issued the refund promptly, that day. Instead, we had to wait. They say its the policy of the hotel. I say is it policy to make a guest suffer needlessly when they had the knowledge of what these unknown conditions were doing to their guests. Porr way to handle a business and your guests.

  • 3.2

Wifi was decent. Close to airport.

Absurdly overpriced !! one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The first room they booked me in was still dirty from previous guests! The second room had no pillow cases, which after two hours of waiting someone finally brought and I had to put them on myself. The room was not cleaned at all during my two day stay !! for $300+ ! There wasn't a glass or a coffee maker, the towels and sheets were terrible the soap was dinky and there was no a/c !!!!!! The walls were paper thin. I had nightmares because I could here everything in the hallways and there was alot of activity at night. The facility is worn out and cheap. The clientele is weird. I felt like I was staying in some kind of correctional rehab place. Would never go there again.

  • 7.8

    The staff and kitchen.

Pets and cigarette smoke. The dog across the hall barked throughout the night. The room we stayed in was a non smoking room but still smelled like smoke.
